Explorer (Free) is great for trying Spot AI and exploring the ecosystem. Care Plan is ideal for most pet parents managing 1–3 pets with ongoing AI health, behavior, and nutrition support. Family Plan is designed for multi-pet households, fosters, or advanced care management with unlimited pets, full dashboard access, and advanced document intelligence. Each plan reflects your level of care and management needs — not just usage limits.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. If you upgrade, new features unlock immediately. If you downgrade, your existing data remains safe — but certain advanced features may no longer be accessible depending on your new plan.
If you reach your plan’s AI chat limit, you can either wait until your next monthly reset or upgrade to a higher plan for expanded or unlimited support. Most Care Plan members never hit their limit. Family Plan includes unlimited AI chats.
